Police Tows: Obtain a vehicle release form from the Wyandotte County Sheriff’s Department.

• Bring the release, valid ID, and CASH to pay the tow charges.

 

Release Property 

To collect property from a vehicle, the registered owner must provide the following items:

• ID

• CASH to pay charges

• Obtain a property release from the Wyandotte County Sheriff’s office first.

 

Releasing to Insurance

The registered owner must provide the following:

 

• Registration

• ID

• Owner’s current insurance card

• Insurance claim information

• Current phone number

The registered owner can release the vehicle to insurance in person at the tow lot or by email. Email all information to releasedesk@alandontow.com

Inspections – KS Residents

KS residents needing an inspection must provide the following:

 

• Original Title

• Keys (if not received with the tow)

• ID (License, state ID, Passport)

An inspector with the Kansas Highway Patrol will inspect the vehicle and call the owner when the inspection is completed. Alandon Tow Service does not know when the inspector will arrive, as this is at their convenience.
